Our Company

We are a Chilean company specializing and certified in the manufacture of wooden products, both for the food industry as well as products for the home and construction.

Who we are

We belong to Grupo Fósforos and have 38 years of experience in the market, dedicated to delivering high quality products to our customers, satisfying their needs and at the same time being responsible toward the social and environmental surroundings where we develop our activities. We own two manufacturing plants, Copihue and Los Lagos.

Both plants have FSC® Forest Stewardship Council® certification, accrediting that our production processes comply with environmental, social and economic standards, recognized and approved worldwide. Temsa does not use wood from native trees as raw material and we ensure that the source of this has the certifications that governs our work.

Los Lagos Plant

At our Los Lagos plant, located in the XIV Los Lagos Region, we produce sawn timber products using Radiata or Insignis pine from certified forests.

Copihue Plant

Located in the Retiro area, in the VII Region, we elaborate products using poplar trees as the raw material. The poplars are supplied by CAF El Álamo, another of the Grupo Fósforos companies.

The main objective of our company is to satisfy the needs of our customers, offering them the best products and developing long term relationships. Our values are the basis that define the way we do business and constitute the principles that strengthen our company.

Innovation

We suggest solutions for the current and future problems of the people and their environments, having for this a raw material that returns to the earth: wood.

Trust

We establish relationships of trust and transparency with our workers, neighbors, clients and other stakeholders. We work responsibly, taking care of the flora and fauna that our forests harbor.

Commitment

A commitment to quality implies the sustainable management of natural resources and the constant search for a positive impact that benefits not only our workers, but also the communities and society. We are one more neighbor.

Transparency

The doors are open for those who want to know how we work the wood and how we preserve the environment, the way we produce and the certifications that guarantee us.
